Hi, my name is Liz, A very warm welcome to Delicate Touch Therapies & Therapy School
Delicate Touch Therapies was formed in 2003, its aim to bring natural therapies into everyday lives to help combat stress, depression, aches & pains and poor sleeping to name but a few! Professionalism, Customer care and 100% commitment are high on my list of priorities to ensure you have a wonderful experience!
I started massage in 1977 and since then i have trained and received certificates & diplomas in Body Massage, 1st & 2nd Degree and Master in Reiki, Hopi Candling Therapy, Table Thai Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Thai Hand Massage along with Indian Head Massage, Handsfree Massage, On-Site Massage and Aromatherapy Massage. Stress Management, Meditation & Relaxation have also become part of my training over the years too.. I look forward to adding new therapies to my own skills over the coming years!
Delicate Touch Therapy School was formed after many requests from students who were very keen to learn more about the wonderful world of complementary therapy! I began courses in early 2005 with the aim to spread the love and enjoyment i have for these therapies to others so that they may enjoy giving as much as i do! A therapist who works from the heart is a therapist who cares!
The school is a registered provider and branded learning centre with Learn Direct Scotland. The school has also applied for acceptance with ILA which is in progress as we speak!
Each therapist / student gets the same Professionalism, Attention, Care and 100% commitment that my clients are given, to ensure that the journey they undertake into the world of therapies is a happy, enjoyable one which will leave them with more knowledge and understanding and the ability to give so much more to the people they reach out to! To ensure that this happens, the groups are kept to a maximum of 4 students and many students now prefer one to one teaching to maximise their learning!
All the courses and workshops available with Delicate Touch Therapy School are accredited with The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists & The Guild of Holistic Therapists and qualify for CPD (continuous professional development) points! They are also all certified and insurable.
